Restoration Data and Scenarios for ACTIVSg200

A 200-bus synthetic grid (ACTIVSg200) with associated datasets appropriate for blackstart restoration scenarios, including definitions of critical loads, blackstart units, cranking capabilities, and ramp rates. In addition, four scenarios are provided with varying levels of renewable availability and outages of units and devices.
