Geographic information and fuel types are available in synthetic electric grid models. Key to synthesize PMU data is to represent, but not limited to: 1) geographic and temporal variations in generation and demand sides; 2) system operation and control; 3) Noise signals. We are currently in progress to generate more data under various scenarios and further improve/validate the generated results. More details will come soon. If you have any questions on synthetic PMU data, please contact Adam Birchfield
ACTIVSg2000: 2000 bus synthetic grid on footprint of Texas – TS GMD OPF MOV PMU
There are multiple files, each of which contains 1-hour synthetic PMU data of specific areas using the ACTIVSg2000 model. The data is provided in both CSV and IEEE COMTRADE (2013) format.
