Polish Grid with TAMU Enhancements

The Polish system case2746wop was original created by Dr. Roman Korab to represent the Polish 400, 220 and 110 kV networks during the winter 2003-04 off-peak conditions. It contains 2746 buses, 514 generators, and 3514 branches.  In collaboration with Dr. Korab, the team at Texas A&M improved the dataset to include approximate geographic coordinates for the high voltage substations (400kV and 220kV) and updated the generator parameters to fill in some missing values, and added generator dynamic models and parameters.  These updates allow the case to be used for transient stability anslysis, high voltage transmission expansion, and basic GIC studies.

Please cite the following paper when using the updated Polish system case2746wop.
